When it's come to training, I like to think out of the box. Not ever exercise will suit you! Your goals and needs are individual just like you so why train like me? Although I specialise in calisthenics and making the impossible possible it is important for me to find what makes you active, fit and healthy. If that's 1-2-1 using weights, boxing joining a sports team or group exercise what works for you works for me!
