When it comes to breaking your fast what should we eat?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Due to our organs working more throughout the night while our brain lets our limbs rest (unless you're a spread across the bed type of person) while we sleep our organs are still hard at work so fuelling our-self with the right nutrient is essential to keep you wide awake and active.


Here are my top breaking fast ideas:


Running late

  1. Banana

  3. Orange/Orange juice

  4. Pear

  6. Watermelon

Toast (brown bread)

  1. Peanut butter banana and chia seeds

  2. Kale, onions, mushrooms and red peppers

  3. Avocado and tomato (non vegans add egg)

  4. Tomato olive oil and basil (non vegans add cheese)

  5. Eggs and spinach

  6. Salmon and avocado

Porridge/Yogurt /Smoothie (Mix it up)

  1. Blueberries and strawberries

  2. Strawberries and raspberries

  3. Raspberries and peach

  4. Apple and cinnamon

  5. Peanut butter and banana
