Lower half push ups
Box- Floor-

  1. Starting with your feet hip width apart laying on your front

  2. Hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart 

  3. Lift your body half way through the push up position then lower back to the floor

  4. Make sure there is a 45 degree angle between your elbow and your body 

  5. Engage your core and keep your hips inline with your shoulders
